In my redesign of the cover for Noughts and Crosses, I aimed to capture the intense emotions and stark contrasts central to the narrative. Utilising ripped paper elements, I created a layered effect that symbolizes the divide between the characters' two worlds.
The bold, contrasting colours enhance this theme, reflecting the passion, tension, and conflict woven throughout the story. This visual approach draws attention and invites readers to engage with the powerful themes of love, race, and social injustice that resonate within the pages.
